About Ceramic World – Building & Construction Material in Delhi
So, Ceramic World is right here in Nathupur, tucked inside Balbir Market. If you know DLF Phase-III, you know how busy it gets around U-37. We spend most of our mornings just moving boxes of tiles around. It’s not a fancy place, honestly. We have stacks of ceramics everywhere, and it gets a bit dusty when the wind blows through the market. My uncle started this a while back because people in the neighborhood were always fixing up their kitchens or bathrooms. We don't have those big air-conditioned showrooms you see on the main road. It’s mostly just me and a couple of guys helping load stuff onto rickshaws. Sometimes we drink tea from the stall next door while waiting for a delivery truck to squeeze through the narrow lane. It can be a real headache when two cars try to pass each other right in front of the door. People usually come in with a broken tile and ask if we have a match. Half the time we do, and half the time we have to look through the old stock in the back. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting those heavy crates. The lights inside are a bit dim, but you can see the colors well enough. We stay open until late evening because that’s when people get off work and stop by. It’s just a regular shop doing its thing day after day.
