We are based at 7/28 Vardaan House on Ansari Road in Darya Ganj. This area is famous for being very crowded with book publishers and small businesses, so there is always a lot of energy on the street. Our office is a bit of a labyrinth because we have so many different types of drugs and chemicals stored here. Vardaan House is an older building, and our space is strictly functional. We have metal racks everywhere and a few desks where we handle all the billing and orders. It is not the kind of place where you would expect to see modern art or fancy carpets. We are more interested in making sure the chemicals are stored correctly and that the orders go out on time. The staff here has been around for a long time, and we all know the layout of the place by heart. Sometimes it can be hard to find a parking spot on Ansari Road, but that is just life in Darya Ganj. We don't use any high-end marketing talk to describe what we do. We just supply what is needed to the labs and hospitals that call us. It is a lot of manual logging and checking of labels. We keep the fans running and try to stay cool while we work through the stacks of orders that come in every day.
