Our little shop is on Shahpur Jat Main Road at E-1. If you know the area, you know how narrow the streets are and how many designers are tucked away in every corner. We’ve been here for a while, just doing our thing. The smell of flour and sugar is pretty much stuck in the walls by now. We start very early, long before the sun comes up, to get everything baked for the day. The display cases are old and sometimes the sliding doors stick a bit when it's humid. We don't have a lot of space for people to sit, so most folks just grab their bags and head back out to the street. The floor gets dusty pretty fast with all the foot traffic coming in from the main road. We keep a broom handy near the counter. Our oven is the heart of the place, and it’s always running. Sometimes we get orders mixed up or the handwriting on the tags is hard to read, but we fix it as we go. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, so you might see someone’s kid sitting in the corner doing homework after school. We don't spend money on fancy signs or marketing stuff. We just put the trays out and wait for people to come in. The fridge hums loudly in the back, but we’ve gotten used to the sound. It’s just a plain bakery in a busy, crowded part of town.
