Our shop, Brij Lal Sanjay Kumar, is situated in Zamrudpur, specifically at Shop No L 1/87. It’s right there in Greater Kailash, which is a busy part of Delhi. We’ve been here in this exact spot for quite some time now. It’s a very simple setup. We don't have fancy air conditioning that works all the time, and the chairs for customers are a bit worn out. But it’s where we do our business every day. People come to us because they know the names on the sign. We don't use fancy labels or high-end lighting for displays. Everything is just laid out on the counters or stacked up in the back room. Sometimes it’s hard to find a specific item quickly, but we always manage to find it in the end. The street outside is usually full of cars and people walking to the nearby offices or shops. We just keep the door open and wait for the next person to walk in. It involves a lot of manual work, like lifting heavy things and moving boxes around. We don't have a big team of workers, just a couple of us handling everything from the sales to sweeping the floor at night. It’s a local business in every sense of the word. We don't pretend to be a big corporation. We just provide what people are looking for and try to stay busy.
