You can find BIHAR INSULATION HOUSE right in the middle of Bhagirath Palace in Chandni Chowk. If you’ve ever been to this part of Delhi, you know how crowded and hectic it gets. We’ve been at shop number 1748 for quite a while now. It’s a small space, but we pack it full of insulation materials and other stuff people need. Dealing with the traffic and the noise is just part of our daily life. We don’t have a fancy showroom. It’s more of a traditional shop where you come in, tell us what you’re looking for, and we find it in the stacks. Sometimes it takes a minute to dig things out, but we usually have what’s needed. The area is old and the building has some character, to put it nicely. We know most of the other shopkeepers around here. It’s a tight-knit community despite all the chaos. We aren't some big modern company with a website for everything. Most of our business comes from people walking in or long-time customers who know where we are. We just focus on keeping the shelves stocked. If you need insulation, you just navigate the narrow lanes and find us. It’s simple, no-nonsense business. We stay open pretty late most days because that’s when people are out looking for parts. There's always someone around to help you lift something heavy or find a specific size. It is just the way we do things here.
