It’s not the most organized place in the world, to be honest. There are stacks of books and supplies in corners where they probably shouldn't be, but we know where everything is. Jhandewalan Extension is a busy part of town, so there’s always people walking by. We get a lot of regulars who have been coming to us for years. We aren't some big chain store with bright lights and matching uniforms. It’s just a few of us here. Sometimes the shop gets a bit cramped when we get a big delivery in. We have to move boxes around just to find a place to sit. It’s a practical business. We don't spend money on fancy decorations. We’d rather just have the stock people need. The building at 1E/17 is older, and the floor creaks a bit in the back. But it’s got character. We like being part of the community here.
