You’ll find Electro Pack India on the second floor of Bhagirath Palace. If you’ve ever been to this market, you know it’s the heart of the electrical trade in the city. The building is No. 1751/10, and it’s always packed with people looking for parts and equipment. Being on the second floor means we are a bit away from the ground floor chaos, but it’s still very busy. We spend our days surrounded by boxes and packing materials. It’s not a polished corporate office. There are wires and samples everywhere you look. We drink a lot of tea while we go over orders and talk to suppliers. The hallways are narrow, and sometimes it's a struggle to move big crates up the stairs. We don't have a big fancy sign, just our name on the door. Most people find us because they’ve been told where to look. We’ve been in Bhagirath Palace for quite some time, and we’ve seen the market change, but our little corner stays mostly the same. It’s a lot of manual work, checking stock and making sure things are packed right. We don't have a big marketing budget or a social media person. It’s just us doing the daily grind in a very crowded, very loud building. It’s practical and it gets the job done. That is just how life is here in the Palace.
