We are located on the second floor of Shri Ram Market, at 2060/1, inside the Chah Indara area of Bhagirath Palace. If you know this market, you know how crowded and loud it gets with all the electrical shops everywhere. Getting up to the second floor can be a bit of a climb, especially if we are moving heavy boxes of stock up and down the stairs. We mostly deal with wholesale electrical stuff, so the office is usually filled with cardboard cartons and bubble wrap. It’s definitely not a fancy showroom for customers to browse. We have desks piled with invoices and phones that don't seem to stop ringing all day. We’ve been in Bhagirath Palace for a long time, and we have seen the market change a lot over the decades. Still, the way we do things is pretty much the same as when we started. We take the orders, check the stock in the back, and get things shipped out. Sometimes it takes a while because the narrow lanes outside make it hard for the delivery carts to move. We don't spend money on big signs or fancy advertising. Most people who buy from us have been doing so for many years. They know exactly where we are on the second floor. It is a busy, noisy environment, but we are used to it. We just focus on getting the right parts to the right people without making any mistakes. It’s honest, daily work in a very busy part of the city.
