Bellagio Restaurant

Our place is at 13-14 in Ashok Vihar Phase II. It is a decent-sized space and we spend a lot of time making sure the chairs are lined up and the tablecloths are relatively straight. Living and working in Ashok Vihar means we see the same faces quite often. The morning shift starts with checking the kitchen supplies and seeing what needs to be replaced. We aren't trying to be the most stylish spot in the city, we just want to have a place where people can sit down without much fuss. The lights are a bit dim in some corners but some people seem to like that. We have been here for a while now and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint soon. Running a restaurant like Bellagio takes a lot of patience especially when the weekend rush hits and everyone wants their food at the same time. We do our best to stay organized but sometimes things get a bit messy in the back. Our staff is just a few local guys who know the neighborhood well. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. If the food is okay and the place is open, people usually come in. It is just a regular business trying to get through the day like everyone else in this part of town.
