Shree Harmilap Industries

We spend most of our time here in Sector-2, Bawana. It’s an industrial area, so there is always noise from machines and trucks moving around outside. Our place is in Pocket-E. It is a basic setup, nothing fancy. We started Shree Harmilap Industries because we knew how to make things and wanted to do it on our own. Some days are very long. We get in early when the air is still a bit cool and stay until the work is finished. The workers here have been with us for a while now. We know their families and they know ours. It is not like a big corporation where nobody knows your name. Here, we just focus on the job at hand. If a machine breaks, we fix it ourselves. If a customer has a question, they talk to us directly. The walls could use a new coat of paint, but that doesn't affect the work we do. People around here in the DSIDC complex mostly look out for each other. We share tea sometimes or help someone move a heavy load. It's just how things go. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here at No. 11 for a long time and people know where to find us. It’s hard work, but it feels good to see the finished products leaving the gate at the end of the week.
