Singhal Zippers India is located in the Bawana industrial area, specifically at F- 45 in Sector 5. If you've ever been to the DSIIDC area, you know it's a massive place with factories everywhere and trucks blocking the roads most of the time. We’ve been working out of this unit for several years now. Since we make zippers, the place is always filled with the sound of machinery and that specific smell of metal and plastic being processed. It’s definitely not a clean office job; it's real industrial work that gets your hands dirty by the end of the day. We have workers coming in for the early shifts and often staying late to meet big orders that need to go out to the garment factories. Sector 5 is quite a busy part of Bawana, with vehicles coming in and out all the time to load and unload heavy goods. We spend most of our day on the shop floor, checking the machines and making sure the quality is decent enough for our customers. It’s a bit dusty and noisy, but that’s just how the industrial area works. We don’t have a fancy showroom because we are mostly focused on the production side of things. People who need zippers for bags, clothes, or jackets know where to find us. We deal with a lot of bulk orders, so there are always stacks of boxes waiting to be loaded onto a truck. It's a tough environment to work in, but we’ve got a good routine down after all this time.
