Basket Bazar

Basket Bazar is over on 70 Feet Road in Prem Nagar-1, Nangloi. We are part of the Shiva Co Operative Society area. The shop at H-77 is usually pretty full of whatever we’ve got in stock at the moment. It’s a lively neighborhood, especially on the weekends. There are always people walking by and cars honking on the main road. Our space isn't very large, so we have to stack things high to make room for everything. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when customers come in. We don't have any professional cleaners or a design team. We just keep the place as organized as we can ourselves. Most of our day is spent unloading deliveries or helping people find what they need. It’s a very hands-on kind of job. We get to know the regulars who live around here, which makes the days go by faster. Sometimes we just sit outside on plastic chairs when things are slow and watch the traffic go by. We aren't trying to be a massive chain. We’re just a local spot where people can get what they need without any fuss. The sign out front is a bit faded from the sun, but people still find us. It’s just a regular shop run by regular people who live in the community. Nothing complicated about it. We just open up and do our thing every day.
