Bansal Polyplast Pvt. Ltd. is located over at H-1232 in the DSIDC Industrial Area in Narela. If you’ve ever been to this part of Narela, you know it’s mostly factories and trucks moving back and forth all day. We deal with plastics, mostly polyplast materials, and the machines are running pretty much all the time. It gets quite loud inside the shed, so we’ve all gotten used to shouting a bit just to be heard over the hum. The floor is usually covered in some kind of material, and we spend a lot of time cleaning up and then starting the whole process over again. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The summers in this industrial area are really something, the heat inside the factory can get pretty intense, but we keep the fans going and just get on with it. We have a small office space near the front where we keep the paperwork, but most of the action is in the back with the extruders and the packing area. We get a lot of lorries coming in to pick up orders, and sometimes they get stuck in the narrow lanes around here. It’s a tight squeeze but everyone knows how to navigate it by now. We’ve been at this spot for a while, and the neighbors are all doing similar industrial work. We just focus on getting the daily production done.
