Our office in the complex is where we handle all the imaging and printer-related stuff. It’s a practical space filled with the smell of toner and the sound of machines being tested. We have shelves stocked with parts and different components that we use every day. Aditya Complex is a busy place with lots of other small businesses, so there is a lot of back-and-forth in the hallways. We spend most of our time troubleshooting issues or looking over orders that need to be filled. It’s not a shiny corporate office; it’s a place where we get our hands dirty and actually work on the equipment. The desks are covered in tools and manuals. We usually grab lunch from one of the local spots nearby and then get right back to it. Preet Vihar is a good location because it’s easy for people to reach us, even if the parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We’ve been here long enough that we know the other shop owners around. It’s a straightforward business and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We just show up and do the work, making sure the orders are ready on time for whoever needs them.
