You can find Ujjasv on the first floor at 121-A in Lane No. 5 of Krishna Nagar, right in the Safdarjung Enclave area. It’s a quiet enough street, though finding parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We are a brand under Kalpana Exports, so we handle a lot of the production and design work from this office. The space is a bit tight because we have desks, samples, and storage all in one place. We’ve been working out of this part of Delhi for a while. It’s a nice neighborhood, and we often take our tea breaks at the small shop at the end of the lane. We don't have a big fancy showroom here. Most of our work is done on the computers or at the cutting tables in the back. It’s a hands-on kind of business. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the items before they get packed away for shipping. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird noise, but we just ignore it and keep working. We aren't into big corporate speeches or fancy missions. We just want to make sure the clothes we produce are solid and that the export orders go out without any trouble. It’s a small team of us here, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s answering the phone or hauling heavy boxes down the stairs. It's just how we work.
