Avanti Construction

We run Avanti Construction from a spot in Malviya Nagar. We are located at A 125 in Shivalik Enclave. This isn't a retail shop with a big display window. Instead, it’s more of an office where we coordinate our building projects and handle all the planning. Shivalik is a bit quieter than the main market areas, which is nice for getting work done. We have desks covered in blueprints, site photos, and various material samples like stone or wood. The office feels a bit lived-in because we are always coming and going from different construction sites. Sometimes there is mud on the floor from our boots, and the tea kettle is usually running. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors or checking on permit papers. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the actual work of figuring out how to build things or fix up houses in the neighborhood. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they saw our signs at a nearby site. We prefer it that way. It’s a small team, and we just focus on the projects we have in front of us. It’s a practical business where we deal with real materials and everyday building problems. We often have meetings at odd hours to make sure the site work stays on schedule for everyone involved.
