Automation

Our shop is over at Shankar Shopping Centre, right at number 1. We are directly opposite Quick Metal Industries on Odhav Road. It’s a very industrial part of the city, so there’s always a lot of dust and the sound of machinery in the distance. The shopping center itself is a bit older, and we’ve got a small corner where we keep all our automation parts and sensors. It’s the kind of place where you have to look through the bins to find exactly what you’re searching for because we have so many little bits and pieces. We help out maintenance guys and factory owners who are looking for a specific switch or a controller to fix a machine. There isn't much in the way of comfort here; just some metal racks, a counter, and a couple of stools. We spend a lot of time looking at catalogs or checking the stock in the back room. Odhav Road is always busy with people moving things back and forth, and we’re just one small part of that. If the tea seller doesn't come by in the morning, it’s a bit of a slow start, but eventually, the phone starts ringing. We don't do any big advertising. People mostly find us because they know we are across from the metal works. It’s simple, honest work, and we try to keep the parts people need on the shelf. The floor is concrete and the walls are plain.
