A.S. Labels

Working at A.S. Labels means spending a lot of time on the ground floor of Plot No-D/9/10. We are located in Lane No. 20 of Madhu Vihar. It’s right across from the Patparganj Industrial Area, so we hear the sounds of factories and trucks all day long. Our space is basically a workshop. There are machines running, the smell of ink and paper, and people moving around to get the orders ready. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find plush carpets or fancy art. It’s a working floor with concrete underfoot and bright lights overhead. We’ve been here for a while and we know the rhythms of the lane. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so it’s a local crowd. We handle all sorts of label jobs, and the desks are usually covered in samples and rolls of tape. It gets pretty loud when all the machines are going at once, but we’re used to it. Sometimes we have to step out into the lane just to get a bit of quiet and a cup of chai from the corner. Dealing with the industrial area opposite means there’s always something happening, like a big delivery truck blocking the way. We just work around those things. It’s a practical environment where the main goal is just to get the labels out the door and keep the machines from jamming up too much. It’s just us doing our thing.
