We’ve been at Padam Chambers for a while now. It’s a busy spot on Padam Singh Road, right in room 205. Most days it’s just us handling the paperwork and making sure orders get where they need to go. Working in export and import can be a lot of back and forth, but we manage. People often get lost finding the right floor, but once they see the sign for 3924/25/28, they know they’re in the right place. It’s not a fancy office with big glass walls or anything like that. Just a practical workspace with desks and stacks of documents. We started out small and stayed that way because it’s easier to keep track of things. When you call, you usually talk to one of the three of us here. We deal with suppliers and logistics every day, trying to keep the schedule moving. Sometimes the phones don’t stop ringing, and other times it’s quiet enough to actually hear the street noise outside. We don’t really do big ads or anything. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they’ve been coming to this building for years. It’s just how we do business. Nothing too complicated, just making sure the goods move from one place to another without too many headaches. It’s been our routine for a long time now, and we’re used to the pace of this neighborhood.
