I've been working at Anshuman for quite a while now. We are tucked away in No: S-28, right inside the Pankaj Central Market in Ip Extension. It is a busy spot most days. My mornings usually start with the sound of shop shutters opening all around us. The market gets really crowded by noon, and sometimes it's hard to find a parking spot nearby if you come in even a little bit late. Our space isn't huge, but it fits what we need to do. It feels like a real community here because we see the same faces every single day. I usually grab tea from the small stall around the corner before sitting down at my desk. There is always someone walking past the door, mostly people doing their daily shopping. Ip Extension has its own rhythm, and we are just one part of that. Sometimes the internet acts up or the electricity flickers for a second, but we just keep going anyway. It’s not fancy in here. There are files stacked on the metal shelves and the desk is usually a bit messy with scraps of paper and notes. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. People just walk in, and we talk to them. It gets a bit noisy in the afternoons when the market is at its peak. We’ve been at this spot for some time, so we know the local shops. It's just a regular place where work gets done.
