Aadi International

Our place, Aadi International, is located at Wz-56F in Phase-2A of Nawada. We are quite close to the Angel Public School, which is a good landmark for anyone trying to find us in New Delhi- 110059. Being in the capital and specifically in the Delhi region of India means it's always noisy and busy, but we like the energy of the Nawada area. We handle a bit of everything here, mostly focusing on international trade and sourcing. It’s a lot of coordinating between different people and making sure the details are right. We don’t have a big corporate headquarters; it’s just our office where we spend most of our day. Sometimes the desk is covered in documents and the phone doesn't stop ringing. That’s just how it goes when you’re dealing with different time zones and shipping schedules. We’ve been doing this for a few years now and have slowly figured out the best way to manage things. We don’t use any fancy management techniques. We just talk to people, tell them what’s possible, and try to avoid any big mistakes. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we enjoy the challenge. The neighborhood around Phase-2A is full of small businesses like ours, so we feel right at home. We try to be honest about timelines because we know how frustrating delays can be. It's just a few of us here working hard and trying to make a living in the city. There is always a lot going on.
