Anannta Electronics

I have been here at 398 in the old Lajpat Rai Market for quite a while now. It is a busy spot and you probably know how it is in this part of town. Every morning we open up Anannta Electronics and start moving things around to make enough space to stand. The market gets crowded early and by noon there is barely room to walk in the aisles between the boxes. We handle a lot of different electronic components and various gadgets. Most days it is just us checking lists and making sure everything is where it should be on the shelves. There is a lot of dust that comes in from the street so cleaning is a never-ending job here. We drink a lot of tea while we work. People stop by asking for all sorts of parts and sometimes we have what they need right away while other times we have to go looking through the back stacks. It is not a fancy place but just a regular shop where we get the work done. The old market has its own rhythm with the noise of the rickshaws and other shopkeepers shouting to each other. We have gotten used to the dim lighting in the back rooms where the older stock sits. It is just how things are at Anannta Electronics. We do not do much fancy talking and we just keep the inventory moving. It is a long day usually but we are used to it.
