We are located at A-80-81 in the Mangolpuri Industrial Area Phase-2. It’s a busy part of the city, and the roads are always full of trucks and tempos. We’ve been making name plates here for quite some time now. You can usually smell the metal and the paint before you even walk through the door. It’s a hands-on kind of place. We have machines for etching and cutting, and there’s always someone hovering over a piece of brass or stainless steel. The floor is rarely clean for long because of all the metal shavings, but that’s just part of the job. We make plates for houses, offices, and even machines. Each one is a bit different, so it keeps things interesting. We don't have a corporate office with glass walls; we just have a sturdy desk where we take orders and a back area where the real work happens. Most of the staff live nearby, so we’ve become a bit of a family over the years. We take our tea breaks together and complain about the traffic on the main road. It’s not complicated. People tell us what they want written, and we put it on a plate. We make sure the letters are straight and the finish is smooth. It’s what we do every day, and we’re quite used to the rhythm of it by now.
