Our place is out in the Bawana Industrial area, specifically in the Pooth Khurd section. It is a dusty part of town with lots of trucks coming and going all the time. A.M. Poly Plast has been here for years, and we have gotten used to the noise of the machinery and the constant activity. The address is 155/154, and it is a straightforward factory setup. We don't have a fancy office with carpets; it’s mostly concrete floors and high ceilings. We deal with poly products and plastics, so there is always a bit of a smell of raw materials in the air. The team here is mostly local guys who know how to handle the machines. We have our lunch together in a small side room, usually talking about the news or the weather. It’s hard work, especially when the power goes out and we have to switch over to the generator. We don't spend money on expensive marketing or big signs. People know where we are if they need us. Sometimes the roads around here get flooded during the monsoon, which makes getting deliveries out a real headache. But we manage to figure it out one way or another. We just keep the production lines running and try to stay on top of the schedule. It’s a simple life, just making plastic goods and keeping the business going day after day.
