Our place is located at Khasra No. 406, way down in Gali No. 20 of Jagatpur Ext. It’s not the easiest place to find if you’re not from around here. Alexa Lighting Solutions started because we saw a need for someone local to handle lighting stuff without making it complicated. The street gets pretty narrow, so deliveries can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We spend a lot of time testing bulbs and checking fixtures to make sure they actually work before they go out. It’s a dusty area, but we try to keep the shop floor clean. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy letters. It's just us answering the phone and packing boxes. Some days are slow and we just sit around talking, while other days we don't even have time to eat lunch. People come to us from all over Jagatpur because they know we won’t give them the runaround. We’ve got a lot of different lights squeezed into this small space. It might look like a mess to an outsider, but we know where everything is. We just want to keep the lights on, literally and figuratively. If someone has a problem with a light they bought, they just bring it back to Gali 20 and we look at it. No complicated forms or anything. It's just a simple business run by people who live nearby and care about doing a decent job for our neighbors.
