We are tucked away at 1327 Street Kunde Walan, right near the busy Ajmeri Gate area. It’s been our home base for Aktion Safety Solutions for quite some time now. The building isn’t anything fancy, just a regular old structure that’s seen a lot of years. Every morning, we open up the shutters and start the day by checking what orders came in overnight. The street outside gets really crowded with rickshaws and people moving goods, so it’s always a bit of a challenge to get deliveries out. We mostly deal with safety stuff, things like gloves, boots, and helmets that people need for their jobs. The office is a bit small and the shelves are usually overflowing with stock. We don't have a marketing team or a bunch of fancy slogans. It’s just a few of us sitting at desks, answering the phone, and writing down what people need. Sometimes we have to hunt through the back room to find a specific item, and it can get a bit dusty back there. We stop for tea in the afternoon when the sun starts to go down and the street gets even busier. It’s a simple life and we just try to do right by the people who buy from us. We don't pretend to be some big corporate entity. We're just a local business trying to keep things moving in a very busy part of Delhi. It's a lot of work but it's what we know.
