Our office is located at D 13 in Defence Colony. It is a well-known area and we have been based here for a while. The building is easy to find if you are driving through the block. Inside, we have a simple workspace where we handle all the development and property stuff. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of people; we are just a focused group of staff working out of this one spot. We spend a lot of our time on site visits or sitting in meetings with contractors and lawyers. The desk is usually covered in blueprints and site plans that have been rolled up and unrolled a hundred times. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up the documents for a new project. Defence Colony is a busy place, but our office stays relatively calm. We don't have any big mission statements or glossy brochures to give out. If someone wants to know what we are working on, we just show them the plans and talk through the progress. The air conditioner hums in the background while we work. We have a small pantry where we make coffee. It’s a practical environment. We focus on the buildings and the construction details rather than trying to look fancy. Most of our clients come to us through word of mouth because we have been at this address for a long time.
