The shop is right here at 3317 Arya Pura, across from the post office in Old Subzi Mandi. It gets really busy around here with the market noise and people rushing past all day. We’ve been at this spot for a while now, surrounded by the smell of the market and the constant honking. Inside, it’s mostly shelves filled with glass tubes, beakers, and various lab tools that we keep organized as much as we can. Some days it’s quiet, and other days everyone seems to need something for their lab at once. My desk is tucked in the back where I handle the bills and the phone calls. We spend a lot of time checking the stock and making sure things aren't broken because glass is fragile. It’s not a fancy office, just a practical place where we work. Usually, we start early before the sun gets too hot. The post office workers across the street are familiar faces by now. We mostly just focus on getting orders out and helping whoever walks through the door. Sometimes the inventory gets a bit dusty, so cleaning is a big part of the routine. It’s a simple life here in the mandi area. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know where everything is kept. If you’re looking for us, look for the old sign near the post office.
