Ahluwalia Contracts India Ltd

Our office is located over at Plot Number 1 in Okhla Industrial Estate Phase III. It’s right near the old Modi Mill, which is usually how people find their way here. Being in an industrial area means there is always a lot of noise and trucks moving around outside. Ahluwalia Contracts India Ltd has been operating out of this spot for quite some time now. The building is functional, nothing too modern, but it suits the kind of work we handle every day. We deal with a lot of paperwork and planning for various projects. There are always blueprints spread out on the tables and people coming in and out with safety vests. The dust from the road gets in sometimes, so we are always cleaning the desks. It’s a busy environment. We aren't really the type of place that cares about fancy furniture or decorations. We just need enough room for the teams to sit down and figure out the schedules. The area around here is always active, especially in the mornings when everyone is starting their shifts. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out and keep going. It’s a practical workspace for a practical business. We’ve got a small area for visitors, but mostly it’s just desks and filing cabinets. We focus on getting the jobs lined up and making sure the logistics are handled properly from this office.
