Agroecology Culture Private Limited

We've been at this spot in Sarita Vihar for a bit now. It's a ground floor place in Pocket C, which makes it easy when we have to move stuff in and out. Mostly, we spend our days dealing with the technical side of farming and how it fits into the local environment. It gets pretty busy around here during the week. The office isn't anything fancy, just a desk and some chairs and a lot of paperwork. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but you get used to it. We just focus on what needs doing. Working in agroecology means we look at the land and the crops, trying to figure out better ways for things to grow without making a mess of everything. It's a lot of talking to people and checking on things. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us trying to keep things running. The neighborhood is okay, plenty of places to grab a quick tea. We've seen a lot of changes in the area lately. Mostly we just stick to our routine. Getting the right balance in the soil or helping out with plant health takes time. It’s not something you can rush. We show up early, get through the lists, and head home. That's pretty much how it goes for us here. We don't try to be something we aren't. It's just a small office doing the work that needs doing every day.
