If you are walking down Street No-3 in South Ganesh Nagar, you will find us at Plot No-B-38. We are quite close to the Mother Dairy, which is how most people find their way here if they get lost. Agni Suraksha Device Services isn’t a huge operation. It’s a modest space where we keep all the safety devices and tools organized. The street outside is usually full of parked scooters and people walking to the dairy to get their milk. Inside, it’s mostly shelves filled with equipment and a couple of desks for the paperwork. We spend a lot of our time going out to different sites, but the office is where we prep everything and check the gear. It can get a bit crowded when we have a new shipment coming in, and we have to move boxes around to make space. It’s just the few of us handling the phones and the walk-ins. We aren't big on formalities. If someone comes in with a question, we just talk to them plainly about what they need. The neighborhood is a typical residential-commercial mix, so it feels like a community. We know the neighbors and the people at the local shops. On hot days, the fan in the corner doesn’t do much, but we get through the work anyway. It’s an honest day’s work in a part of town that we know very well. We just try to keep things running smoothly without making a big fuss about anything.
