Aggarwal Insulation Co. is on the 1st floor at 2727/101 in Darya Ganj. It’s a very busy part of town, so there is always a lot of shouting and engines idling outside our window. Our office and warehouse space is nothing special. The stairs up to the first floor are quite narrow and steep. We’ve been in this spot for a long time now. We deal with all sorts of insulation materials like glass wool and foam sheets. It’s a messy product to handle. You always end up with little itchy fibers on your sleeves by the end of the shift. We don't have a fancy showroom with lights and displays. It’s mostly just big rolls of material stacked up to the ceiling. We work with a lot of local builders and contractors who need supplies for their projects. They usually just pop in, tell us what they need, and we load it up. It’s a fast way of doing business. We don't have a big online presence or a marketing team. Most of our customers are regulars who have been coming to Darya Ganj for years. We’ve seen many businesses in the building change, but we’ve managed to stay put. We just keep our heads down and focus on having the right stock. If we don’t have something, we try to get it in quickly. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we don't pretend it’s anything more.
