Aero Shoes

Aero Shoes is over at 2680/2 on Gurudwara Road in Karol Bagh. If you know this area, you know how packed it gets. There's always someone shouting or a rickshaw bell ringing outside our door. We’ve been at this spot for a while now, and the shop is packed with boxes from floor to ceiling. It’s not the most organized looking place in the world, but we know where everything is. Most mornings start with us sweeping the front and getting the displays ready for the day's foot traffic. Karol Bagh has a specific energy and we’re right in the thick of it. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because the shoes are what people come for anyway. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets blocked, but we just keep the doors open and wait for the next customer. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and talking to people from all over the city. We don't have any big corporate rules here, we just talk to folks like normal people. If a pair of shoes doesn't fit right, we find another one. It is a simple way to run a business but it works for us. The Gurudwara is right there, so it's a landmark everyone uses to find our little corner. We're just a local shop trying to stay busy and keep things moving along without making a big production out of it.
