Adinath Elastic Private Limited

We run Adinath Elastic Private Limited from our site at 937, right across from the old rice mill in Rithala. It’s an area that stays busy from dawn until way past sunset. You can usually hear the machines hum if you stand near the front door. We make elastics here. It’s a straightforward business. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. It’s mostly just us and the workers making sure the items are made the way they are supposed to be. The location is easy to find because of the rice mill landmark. Everyone in Rithala knows that spot. Inside, it smells a bit like industrial material and maybe a hint of oil from the equipment. We keep the floors clean as best as we can, but it’s a working factory, so there’s always something going on. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a batch for a customer who needs it fast. We don't mind the extra hours. It’s honest work. We’ve got stacks of finished product waiting to be loaded up most mornings. We don’t talk much about visions or strategies. We just look at the orders for the day and get to it. If the machines are running smooth, it’s a good day. We’ve been part of this industrial patch for a long time and we plan to stay. The traffic around the mill is a bit of a headache sometimes.
