Adhikari Awas Yojana

We are based out in Dwarka, which is a big part of Delhi if you aren't familiar with it. Adhikari Awas Yojana is really about the local housing situation here. We spend a lot of our time going through paperwork and talking to people who are looking for a place to live in the area. It’s not a fancy office setup with marble floors. It’s more of a functional space where we keep our files and meet with families. Dwarka is always growing, and there is always a lot of noise from construction and traffic outside. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes it gets a bit hectic when a lot of people show up at once. We’re just a small group trying to navigate the rules and help folks understand what’s available. It’s a lot of sitting around a desk and explaining things. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Word spreads through the neighborhood. People stop by to ask questions about the plans or the locations. We try to be as clear as possible, even if the government rules can be a bit confusing sometimes. It's honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till evening.
