We don't have a polished website or a big marketing budget. We just talk to our clients directly and tell them what the situation is. It’s straightforward work that requires knowing the right people and the right forms to fill out. The office gets a bit hot in the summer but we have a good fan that keeps us going through the afternoon rush.
