We are over in the Okhla Industrial Area, specifically Phase 1 at F-20-21. It’s a big building where we do all our export work. Being in an industrial zone means there’s always something happening, like deliveries arriving or shipments being loaded onto trucks in the alley. We have several floors, but most of the activity happens on the ground level where the packing happens. We handle a lot of different goods, so the inventory is always changing and moving around. It can get quite chaotic when several big orders need to go out at the same time. The staff here has been with us for years, so we all know the routine and who is responsible for what. We have a small tea stall just outside the main gate where we usually take our breaks during the afternoon. Inside, the walls are mostly bare and the lighting is just those long tube lights that buzz a bit. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room because we don't really get walk-in customers. It’s all about the logistics and making sure the boxes are labeled correctly and stacked in order. Sometimes the power goes out in this area and we have to wait for the generator to kick in so we can finish our work. It’s a practical environment focused on getting the job done. We spend a lot of time on the phone with shipping agents and suppliers. It’s just how we run things here in Okhla.
