Aakar Buildwell Head Office

Aakar Buildwell Head Office is situated in Patparganj. Specifically, we are at Shop No 601, Block D, inside Prince Apartment. It’s a bit of a maze in here sometimes but people find us eventually. Being a head office sounds important but it’s mostly just us dealing with blueprints and phone calls from different sites. The office at Prince Apartment gets quite a bit of sunlight in the morning which is nice for our plants. We have a lot of binders filled with stuff that we need to keep track of. Block D is usually peaceful. We’ve been here for a while and the security guards know us pretty well. Sometimes we have meetings that go on too long and we end up ordering food from the place around the corner. Aakar Buildwell is just a group of people trying to make things work. We don't wear suits or have fancy meetings. Usually, it’s just someone in jeans looking at a laptop or a map. The shop number 601 is where all the planning happens before anything actually gets built on the ground. It can get stressful when deadlines are close but we manage to get through it. Patparganj is a good spot for us because it’s easy to get to other parts of the city from here. We just stay focused on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized in our own way.
