Our shop is number 1826, located inside Bhagirath Palace in the middle of Chandani Chowk. If you have ever been to this market, you know it is one of the busiest places you could ever find. We have been here for many years, dealing with all sorts of electrical goods. The shop itself is quite small and every inch of wall space is covered with switches, wires, and lights. It is always a bit of a scramble to find things, but we know our inventory inside out. The alleys of Bhagirath Palace are very narrow and always crowded with people carrying heavy loads. It is a loud and hectic place to work, but there is a lot of energy in the air. We start our day early to avoid the worst of the heat, though it is still quite warm in the afternoons. We do not have any fancy brochures or a website to show off. People just know us by our name and our location in the building. Most of our customers have been coming to us for a long time, and we just talk to them across the counter. It is a very traditional way of doing business where your word matters more than anything else. We do not have any corporate goals, we just aim to provide the parts people need and keep the shop running smoothly.
