N R Patel Co

The office for N R Patel Co is located at 230/3 Vithalwadi on the Dehu-Alandi Road. We are inside the Patel Bhavan, which is a pretty well-known building if you’re from this part of Talawade. It’s quite close to the Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus area, so there’s always a lot of movement and noise around. Our day usually starts pretty early because that’s when the traffic on the road is still manageable. We’ve been operating from this spot for a long time, and the walls probably have some stories to tell if they could talk. The building itself is older, but it serves our purposes well enough. We do our work, manage our paperwork, and handle the daily tasks that come with running a local business. Most people find us because they live nearby or they’ve been told about us by a neighbor. It’s not a corporate skyscraper or anything like that, just a regular place where work gets done. You’ll often find us sitting with a cup of chai while we go over the ledgers or wait for a delivery to arrive. The Dehu-Alandi Road stays busy until late at night, so there is always a sense of energy around the office. We keep things straightforward here. If someone comes in with a question, we just give them a direct answer. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it’s worked for us through the years at Patel Bhavan.
