Maa Vindhyawashini Stone Gallery is located in the Dehri On Sone area. Our place is near the Bmp Battalion Too, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us in the Rohtas district. We deal with all sorts of stones and rocks here. It’s a lot of physical labor, moving things around the yard and making sure everything is where it should be. I’ve lived in Rohtas for a long time, so setting up the business here made sense. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just a few of us who know about stone. The yard can get pretty muddy when it rains, and the sun beats down on us in the summer. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. We just show the stone to whoever walks in and let them decide. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. It’s a basic operation with a simple goal of selling stone. Some days are slow and we just sit around talking, and other days we can barely keep up with the loading. We don't have a mission statement or a polished website. We just have our name on the gate and the stones in the back. If you need something for a wall or a floor, we probably have a pile of it somewhere. We like the local feel of being in Dehri. It’s our home and our work.
