Our business, White And White Mineral, is located at Shop No. 53 in Barra II. We are in the Doon House building in Damod Nagar, right near the big water tank. It’s a landmark everyone knows, so we just tell people to look for the tank. The shop is a bit small for all the things we try to keep in stock. We deal with minerals and related products. It can get a bit messy with the bags piled up, but we try to keep a path clear for people to walk. I run the place mostly by myself, with some help from a neighbor’s kid when I have a big shipment. It’s a simple setup with a wooden desk and a lot of notebooks. I don’t trust those new computer programs as much as I trust my own handwriting. The area is quite busy, and there’s always someone stopping by to ask about prices. We don't have a big fancy sign, just the name painted on the shutter. Sometimes the shutter gets stuck in the morning and I have to give it a good kick to get it open. It’s not a perfect shop, but it’s mine. I’ve been in this trade for a long time. People around here know me and they know I’ll tell them the truth about what I have in stock. We don't use big words or try to act like a giant corporation. We’re just a small shop by the water tank.
