Varun Constructions & Developers is over on Sahastradhara Road in Dehradun. We’re in Negi Market, specifically in the Gujrara Mansingh area. A good way to find us is to look for the PNB Bank on Sahastradhara Road; we’re quite near that. This road has become really busy over the last few years, with lots of new shops and houses going up everywhere. Our office is right in the middle of all that activity. We have our desks and our equipment set up in Negi Market, and that’s where we do all our planning. It’s a 248013 zip code area. We don't spend much time worrying about how we sound to the public or anything like that. We’re mostly focused on the construction projects we have going on. Sahastradhara is a pretty well-known part of town, so most people don’t have much trouble finding us once they get to the bank. The office itself is just a regular workspace. There are always stacks of blueprints and notes lying around. We’ve been in this part of Dehradun for a while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood grow. It’s a practical location for us because it’s easy to head out to different sites from here. We’re just local people doing local work, nothing more complicated than that. It’s a busy life, but we like being part of the community here.
