The Mobile Clinic

We set up The Mobile Clinic here in Shahragar to help folks in the Gorkhpur and Defence Colony area with their phone problems. It’s a quiet enough neighborhood in Dehradun City. Most of the time, we’re just sitting here at the bench with tweezers and magnifying glasses. If your screen is cracked or your charger port is acting up, that’s what we spend our days doing. We aren't a big chain or anything, just a local shop where you can drop off your device. The address is Shahragar, right near Defence Colony. It can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't from this part of town, but most locals know the way. We see a lot of water damage and buttons that have stopped clicking. We don't use a lot of technical jargon; we just tell you what needs to be replaced. Sometimes the parts are in stock, and sometimes we have to wait on a delivery. We’ve seen all sorts of phones over the years, from the old ones with buttons to the newest smartphones. It’s steady work and keeps us busy. The shop isn't very large, so it fills up quickly when a few people come in at once. We don't have a receptionist, so you'll usually talk directly to whoever is doing the repair that day. It's a straightforward way to run things. We just stay focused on the work in front of us. It’s what we know how to do.
