The Breeze Kitchen

The Breeze Kitchen is located within the Green N Breeze Resorts, right near the Jaypee Hotel in the Barlow Ganj area of Mussoorie. Being on the Mall Road, you’d think it would be super loud, but we’re tucked away enough that it’s actually quite peaceful. We’ve been serving food to people visiting the hills for quite some time now. It’s a basic kitchen setup, and we focus on dishes that people actually know and like. We don't do any of that fancy fusion stuff you see in big cities. The dining area has a lot of windows so you can see the weather changing outside, which happens a lot here. Some days it’s sunny, and the next it’s completely grey. The staff is small, just a few of us making sure things are clean and the food is hot. We don't have a marketing department writing fancy descriptions for our menu. If it’s a potato dish, that’s what it says. We see a lot of families coming through, especially during the summer months when everyone is trying to escape the heat down in the plains. It gets a bit hectic then, but we manage. It’s just a regular restaurant in a resort, providing meals to whoever walks through the door. We hope the food is good and the bill is fair. That’s really the whole idea behind the place. It’s a simple life up here in the mountains.
