Technica Labs & Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is our company, and we are located in the Mdda Complex. Our specific address is L-122 on the 1st floor. We are very close to the Clock Tower, which is a major landmark in this area. Being near the Clock Tower means there is always a lot of activity around us. The Mdda Complex has many shops and offices, so it’s a lively place to be. We’ve been here for a while and we’ve gotten used to the daily rhythm of the market. Our office is on the 1st floor, so it’s just a quick walk up the stairs. We have a mix of office space and a small lab area where we do our technical work. It’s not a fancy place with high-end decor. It’s a functional workspace where we can focus on our pharma projects. We don't have any big marketing slogans or flashy signs. We just do our work and talk to our clients as needed. Sometimes the noise from the street can be a bit much, but it’s part of the experience of being in such a central location. We have a small, hardworking team. We usually eat our lunch together in the small break area we’ve set up. It’s a simple, honest business and we are happy to be part of this neighborhood.
