Supermax

Supermax is located at Plot No. 40 in Pharma City. It’s an industrial area, so there isn’t much to see besides other factories and rows of warehouses. Our plot is just a functional space where we handle the manufacturing side of the business. We don’t have a fancy office with carpets or nice furniture. Most of the building is taken up by the production floor and the storage area for finished goods. The days here start early and can get quite long depending on the production schedule. We mostly focus on our tasks, whether that’s operating the machinery or checking the final output for any obvious errors. It’s a very practical job, and we don't spend much time on anything that doesn't help get the work done. The environment is a bit loud and can get quite warm in the middle of the summer, but we have some fans to keep the air moving. We aren't a big-name company that spends a lot of money on branding. We just focus on the work itself and making sure the orders are ready when the transport trucks arrive at the gate. Most of us have been working here for a while, so we have a routine that works for us. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s steady work and we do our best to stay on top of everything that needs doing each day.
