Our place is on EC Road in Dehradun, just near the SK Memorial Hospital and not too far from the Cross Road Mall. It’s a good location, though the parking can be a bit of a struggle sometimes during the busy hours. We aren't a huge team, just a few people who handle flight bookings and travel arrangements. The office is usually full of the sound of keyboards clicking and us talking to airlines on the phone. It’s not always a smooth process; sometimes the websites crash or the prices change right while we're looking at them. We try to be straightforward with people about what they can expect. We don't have a fancy lobby with free coffee, just a couple of chairs where you can wait while we sort out your tickets. Many of our customers are from the neighborhood or work in the nearby offices. They stop in to ask about a flight or a visa and we do our best to give them an honest answer. We’ve seen Dehradun grow a lot over the years, and EC Road has changed quite a bit too. We just keep doing our work, day by day. It’s a lot of paperwork and making sure everyone has their documents in order. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't. We're just a local travel office trying to help people get their trips organized without too much stress or complication. It's a regular job but we enjoy talking to everyone.
