Smartexplorer Holidays Pvt Ltd is located on the second floor above the Nainital Bank in Tapovan. We are right on NH 58, the Badrnath Road, which stays busy with all the traffic headed up into the mountains. Being in Rishikesh, we see a lot of people looking for adventure or just a break from the heat. Our office is a simple place to work from. We spend our time looking at routes and booking things for folks who want to see more of the area. Tapovan is a busy spot, so there is always something going on outside our window. Sometimes the traffic on Badrnath Road gets backed up, but that is just how it is during the busy season. We aren't a big corporation with lots of rules. It is just a handful of us who know the roads and the local spots. We use our computers to keep track of everything, but a lot of what we do is just based on what we have seen ourselves over the years. If you climb up to the second floor, you'll find us among the papers and the ringing phones. We don't try to make things sound better than they are. Travel can be messy and tiring, so we just try to get the details right so people know what they are getting into. It’s a lot of coordination, but we have been doing it long enough to stay calm.
