Shubhlabh Microcare Foundation

We are out here in Vill-Nikarika, right near the Rampur 38 post office. It is a quiet place for the Shubhlabh Microcare Foundation to be based. Most days, you will find us just sitting around the small table we have, trying to figure out how to help folks with the little things that come up in village life. The name Shubhlabh is something you hear a lot, but for us, it is just about making sure things go a bit better for our neighbors. We do not have any fancy posters or a big sign outside. Usually, people just know where we are because they see us walking down the road or hanging out by the post office. It is a slow pace of life here. Sometimes the internet does not work well, so we do a lot of things by hand or just talk to people face to face. We have a few old folders where we keep everything organized, or at least we try to. The office is just a room with some basic chairs. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we usually have the door open to catch whatever breeze comes through from the fields. We are just local people trying to do something useful. There is no big corporate strategy here. We just take it one day at a time and see who needs a hand with their daily struggles in the village.
